Tanoshimini

I made lamb shank soup last night. However we didn’t end up eating it because we went to Brunetti’s and had cake and Italian hot chocolate for dinner instead. *grin*

I am looking forward to finishing work and going home to yummy soup. I am discovering that I *can* cook meat and that it’s not too difficult to get good results. This new school of cooking is called “I feel like eating *meat craving of the day* tonight, so I shall learn to make it” It is working out quite well really.

Oh please don’t talk about Brunetti’s! We have so far failed to find anything even close to a Brunetti’s or a Gluteny here in AKL. Melbourne is like a far off dream land to me these days. Lygon Street! How I wish for a Lygon Street!

I feel your pain. I never found anywere that did good hot chocolate in Japan. However kind friends sometimes sent me the take home packets of gourmet chocolates. Poke me once I have a job and income again and I shall send you some yummy hot chocolates
