This morning I did 15 min on the bike today, at level 8, compared with 15 min at level 4 on Saturday. I also did 23 min on the treadmill, compared with 15 min on Saturday. Then this evening I did 16 laps, compared with my best of 12 so far.
I am starting to feel fit and energetic again, and it is showing in the leaps I am making. I suspect also that the green grassy stuff zen_cat gave me is helping – I don’t think the improvements between today and Saturday can be put down purely to increasing fitness levels.
I am taking back my body and making it *all mine* again. It feels so good.
