I can’t strike down students, and getting so angry with them just adds fuel to the fire. It doesn’t do them any good, or me.
I don’t like being angry. I don’t like being angry and having my hands tied and mouth gagged. Half my anger is at the system, and the students don’t deserve the brunt of that frustration. I probably wouldn’t get so mad if I could discipline them. Get them out of the classroom at least so everyone else could learn.
Good.
Good.
Use your anger; let it flow through you.
Feel it’s strength; use it; strike them down!
