1. If the Amber is behaving erratically, ensure she is expending energy on herself equal to that she is using for others.
2. Should the energy resevoirs go below 50%, stop all external expenditure.
3. Hugs, understanding and time will result in resevoirs returning to normal levels. Note: This may take some time, but not as long as Microsoft fixing Windows 😉
I am not making good on the “be there for others” clause of friendship at the moment, nor will I be another few weeks at least. What emotional energy I do have, I am focusing on myself at the moment. I cannot divorce myself from lj, but please do not anyone be offended if I do not respond to anyone else’s problems. Likewise, I don’t expect responses to my ramblings – though they are very much appreciated – I just need to talk sometimes in the not quite as personal space of cyber.
I will read. I will send thoughts your way, and know that the love and caring doesn’t stop. I just don’t have enough energy to spare for anything further at the moment. All my energy is currently being spent trying to plateau a rollarcoaster.
*love and light to all*
Take as much time as you need, dear. We all understand. For some reason, I think most everyone is running a bit low on the emotional/physical energy tanks at the moment. Only so much that we can expect ourselves to handle at once…
*hugs*
Oh AMBER!!!
*biig hug*
I didn’t get to see you as much as I would have liked when you were here (but then, I don’t get to see much of and I live with him, all that training you know).
You look after yourself. Go make something chocolate and snuggle up somewhere cosy with a good book.
*hugs*
Love you.
*Flying tackle hugs*
Hugs, sweetie!
Don’t worry, we know you think of us, and we think of you as well, and send good energy your way.
Take as much time as you need.
I have something to share with you privately one day, i found it funny…. something Murphy said….
*kitten’s ears twitch curiously*
Do you know my email? I’ not sure if I have yours…
You need TLC: Tequila & Lots of Cuddles.
🙂 Recharge those batteries. We’ll still be here!
