There are two apartments becoming available for rent in the next month in my apartment block. One of them, mine, will most likely be taken over by thag, however the one next door is also available – pretty much same as mine, just mirror image.
I note it here because the apartments really are quite roomy, especially for location and price range, the neighbours are all really nice and the real estate agent is just lovely. It is the nicest place I’ve rented through an agent and I think they’re worth promoting!
Bond is $760 and rent is $175wk / $760.40pcm. The real estate agent is Egle Colbert, with John Colbert Real Estate.
Would it work for two people, and does it have any garden space?

It would be squeezy and no garden to speak of. I did mention it to Riina, but think that you guys would be better off renting a two bedroom house w garden rather than my apartment.
