You should be able to right-click on the picture and selecting “Save As…” or something like that.

Cleavages I have aplenty. But cleavages willing to participate? *sigh* I have none, yet. If worst comes to worst, I’ll just wedge the shot glass between two balloons or couch cushions or something.
