Apparently my clusters number just two: Education & Social Services, and Art & Culture. Well, yup. Anyone who knows me could have guessed at that 😉
1. Music Teacher / Instructor – *laughs*
2. ESL Teacher – all for it on a tutoring basis, with students who *want* to learn. I miss tutoring ESL.
3. Foreign Language Instructor – as above.
4. Sport Psychology Consultant – oh really?
5. Psychologist – Considered it, not very seriously though. I like helping people but I think I could be too inclined to feel too much for my clients.
6. Sign Maker – never thought about it. maybe in another time when I don’t already have my career aspirations full.
7. Animator – really not.
8. Fashion Designer – considered it and still come up with designs in my head.
9. Dental Assistant – and work in one of the most depressing fields? I don’t think so!
10. Desktop Publisher – yeah, I could see that.
11. Librarian – my first ever career choice when I was seven years old.
12. Tour Guide – also considered it, both for Japan and here. Actually have been informal tour guide already.
13. Computer Trainer – *laughs*
14. Pet Groomer – the non-science based way of working with animals. not interesting or challenging enough for me. it would have been vet or nothing. Obviously it’s nothing!
15. Cartoonist / Comic Illustrator – really don’t draw that well
16. Special Education Teacher – another field for another time
17. Teacher Assistant – been there, done that. Prefer to be the teacher in charge.
18. Elementary School Teacher – been there, done that and enjoyed it mostly.
19. High School Teacher – BTDT. Enjoyed the teaching, didn’t enjoy the non-teaching crap that is involved in teaching at a school.
20. Director of Photography – of Top Gear…dream job!
21. Coach – Not sure I could push hard enough, although zen_cat may disagree!
22. Personal Trainer – See above
23. Set Designer – been involved in set design for school and college productions
24. Early Childhood Educator – yes. a fascinating field.
25. Addictions Counselor – no. Don’t have enough understanding of addiction to counsel effectively.
26. Costume Designer – could be fun
27. Professor – no, don’t think so. That involves like getting PhDs and other stuff I’ve no interest in doing.
28. Career Counselor – what, and put the internet out of a job?!
29. Funeral Director – funnily enough it’s sort of one of the projects in the air – ish
30. Religious Worker – hell no
31. Community Worker – maybe
32. School Counselor – could enjoy that.
33. Artist – yes.
34. Graphic Designer – considered that too but my marks in graphic design weren’t good enough. I could design, but nothing with a real wow factor.
35. Furniture Finisher – maybe
36. Picture Framer – well, plan to do a framing course so I can frame all my own work….
37. Library Technician – really don’t know what this would involve
38. Humanitarian Aid Worker – again, in another life stream.
39. Medical Illustrator – this meme has a lot of confidence in my drawing abilities!
40. Upholsterer – don’t think so
And it didn’t pick my actual chosen career option. Maybe I should reconsider…nawwww.
