Milestones – earlier than expected

I climbed that on Saturday!!!!

It may not look so big on screen, but I haven’t been able to climb a steep hill like that, without lapsing into crippling pain, in 10 years. Nor did I expect to for another 6 months. WHOOOOOT!!!!!!!

This shows better the length of the slope, with zen_cat to give perspective. It took me a while, and I ended up coming down barefoot because my sandles were too slippery, but I made it, with barely a twinge in my knee afterwards!

I’m still celebrating!
