1. I love that _all_ your staff talk to me
2. I love that your students are not afraid to approach me
3. I love that your VP gives me a huge grin whenever I see him, however many times a day.
4. I love that all your teachers joke and laugh and have a sense of fun
5. I love that you were the only school to ever invite me to an enkai, and then paid for me.
6. I love that you give me a head of english who will help me with any problems or questions.
7.I love that you sit me next to the head of english, not in a different staffroom.
8. I love that your students aren’t academic. Like them I have things I would rather do on my weekends than attend enlgish speech contests.
9.Most of all, I love that you send me home at 1:30 on a Friday afternoon and tell me not to come back until Tuesday. Despite the tests on Monday, there are still two periods of classes, yet Marutani deliberately schedules me nothing and tells me to take the day off (just so long as I promise to stamp my attendence sheet and not to the BOE. *finger to pursed lips* Shhhhhh)
How do I get to stay at this school?!!?!!
